WAWCD introduces a new template feature, allowing you to create templates once and use them repeatedly. These templates can be used in Broadcasting, Workflows, and Quick Replies, saving you time while engaging with your customers.

Follow these steps to create a template:

  1. Click on the "New Message Template" option.

2. Choose the type of template.

3. Fill in the required information.

4. Click the "Save Template" button.

The created templates will be visible on the Broadcasting tab, in workflows, and above your chat text area.

Different types of templates include:

Message: Simply type the text.

Media: Add text along with an image or video, which will be previewed to the receiver.

Attachments: Add attachments along with text messages. Attachments will be sent as documents and won't be previewed to the receiver.

Contact: Create a contact card to share with the receiver. The receiver can see the contact card and save it to their contacts.

Button: Add text along with buttons to give options to the receiver to choose from.

If you want to see the created template at the top of the chat area in your WhatsApp, you can check the "Add to Quick Reply" option.
