WAWCD allows you to add notes to each chat, helping you remember what's going on or providing context for your team before they start a conversation.

Here’s how to enable the Notes feature:

1. Open the dashboard from the right menu.

2. Enable the Notes option under the Power Button card menu.

Once enabled, you'll see the Notes icon in the top right corner of the chat.

Here’s how to use the Notes feature:

1. Click the Notes icon (top right corner of the chat).

2. Type in the text area (Press "Enter/Return" for a new line).

3. Click Save.

Now, notes have been added to the specific chat. You can add separate notes for each chat.
