At WAWCD, you have the option to create pre-defined sets of templates, which saves you the hassle of repeatedly answering the same customer queries.
Simply create a template with attachments or text only.
These templates are conveniently accessible right above your chat area, allowing you to easily send them to customers.
You can also modify the text message before sending it to customers.
Here's how to create a quick reply:
1. Go to the Templates Tab from the right menu.
2. Click on the "Create Template" option.
3. Start writing the text or switch to media type.
4. Activate the Quick Reply toggle.
5. Save the template.
