Broadcasting

You can easily send messages to your customers using our WhatsApp Broadcasting feature in just three simple steps:

Step 1: Select a Template

Step 2: Choose your Audience

Step 3: Adjust the timing settings, such as the delay between each message.

Please ensure you have created the template in the Template menu and the audience in the Audience menu before starting the broadcasting process.

For added convenience, we've included a Quick Broadcast feature, allowing you to directly input numbers instead of creating an audience if you're sending messages to a small group of users.
