Custom Audience

WAWCD allows users to create a custom audience.

Follow these steps to create a custom audience:

1. Open the Audience Tab.

2. Click "Create new Audience" (you can also rename the audience).

3. Click "Custom Audience".

4. Upload your CSV file.

5. Proceed by clicking "Next".

6. Map rows with WAWCD Properties by selecting options from the dropdown menu. (If an option doesn't require to map then leave it empty/unselected. "First_name" and "phone_number" properties must be selected.)

7. Click the "Save" button.

Your audience is now created.
